In scope, to the interface

  • Write path into the audit trail already specified by the AI practice.
  • Role: AP clerk and AP head. No other roles.
  • Auth via your IdP. We do not add a login product.

Out of scope

Mobile. Vendor portal. A new ERP. Design as a separate phase. A platform. Anything not named above. Clarifications inside this list are not change requests. New objects are.

Acceptance cases (excerpt)

A clerk can assign, decide, and see the decision in the export without us. A regression in CI blocks deploy. A named owner on your side has deployed once with us watching. Rollback tested. You could replace us in 30 days.

Risks with owners

  • No test environment for the ERP read. Owner: you, week 1. If absent, we re-price or kill.
  • Rate limits on the document store. Owner: us, probed in diagnostic days 6–8.
  • Schema drift vs the documented vendor file. Owner: us, same window.
